• Phase 3 – Leading Self - Clarify your direction, goals, and priorities so you can act intentionally.

• Phase 4 – Leading Others - Strengthen your ability to listen, delegate, inspire, and communicate vision.

• Format: Virtual 90 mins sessions + 30 mins of optional community learning every week for 16 weeks. (Pre Work - 40 mins per week)
